You can view public areas of the ChartPro website without submitting personal information. If your organization signs up for ChartPro’s ROI services, we may require your organization to provide contact and identity information about designated users. Some information is required; some is optional. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to deliver the requested services.

As we expand or modify our services, we reserve the right to request additional personal information.

Use of Cookies

We use “session cookies” on certain pages of our website. Cookies are small files placed on your device to support the delivery of our ROI services. These session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of each browsing session. We do not link cookie data to personal information. You are responsible for all actions taken under your ChartPro account. Select a strong password and keep it confidential. You may review personal information associated with your ChartPro account. To update this information, submit a request to your organization’s administrator. If they cannot make the needed changes, you may contact support@chartpro.org. We will modify personal information only after fully authenticating your identity.

You may request account deactivation at any time. Your account will be deactivated once your identity has been authenticated to our satisfaction.

If your password has been compromised, you should immediately change it and contact support@chartpro.org to review recent account activity.

7. Retention of Your Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide ROI services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we stop using your personal information, please contact support@chartpro.org.

We reserve the right to retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Any retained data will be accessible only to authorized ChartPro personnel or service providers.

8. Collection of Information by Others

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by ChartPro.
